Nicole Braley
Nicole R. Braley is the Chief Marketing Officer for Inception Fertility™, a private equity-backed organization with a family of brands intent on improving the way patients experience the fertility journey. In her role as CMO for Inception, Braley leads the organization’s brand and growth marketing initiatives, as well as customer experience (CX), highlighting its commitment to providing each patient with an individualized and specialized approach to fertility care.
She’s passionate about developing future marketers and advocating for the importance of brand in delivering positive business outcomes. With a focus on building an exceptional customer experience, Nicole leads numerous commercial pursuits and is known for her innovative (and sometimes rule-breaking) style. Nicole has three children and enjoys the never-ending extracurricular shuffle of an active family.
Michelle Gaines
Michelle Gaines is Chief Marketing and Content Officer at Preqin, the leading alternative assets data, analytics, and insights company. In her role, she manages the global branding, demand generation, product marketing, and content functions. She has more than 15 years of experience in marketing at financial data, information, and technology companies. Prior to joining Preqin in 2018, she was Head of Marketing at Axioma, a quantitative financial technology company, which was since acquired and rebranded as Qontigo. She has also held marketing roles at Tradeweb and Standard & Poor's Ratings Services. She holds a Bachelors in Journalism from the University of Missouri and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Laura Heisman
Laura's professional experience spans more than three decades, across marketing disciplines – ranging from customer marketing to branding, product marketing, public relations, and segment and field marketing – with a deep background in strategic communications, guiding every business and customer outcome I’ve led. Laura started her career in PR in the music instrument industry, forayed into marketing for consumer products, pivoted to the start-up and pre-IPO world, and then went on to lay down roots in the developer community and enterprise software industry.

Dessy Vautrin is in charge of Marketing at 411 Locals. She is an award-winning global CMO, who has managed 25+ brands across 90 countries. Dessy has successfully launched a number of new products as well as expanded product & service portfolios in multiple companies, varying from Retail through Tech. She also serves as a board director, advisor, and startup mentor at her alma mater, Harvard Business School. Dessy has lived and worked in 7 countries, speaks 5 languages, and is currently based in the US.
